Welcome to Gateways Counselling in Regina, privately owned by Judy Wright M. Ed. Registered Psychologist. Judy’s belief is that you have not found this website by chance, but through a process of synchronicity. This synchronicity has brought you to a place where you can work with a like-minded counsellor, to facilitate your own inner awareness and growth.
This past year, Judy has hired three like-minded counsellors that offer counselling services in Regina, with remote sessions available. Our counsellors offer many different processes that can become ‘gateways” to facility your growth. To assist you in developing your potential, compassion, wisdom and authenticity, counselling, coaching, training, psychological assessments, and online programs are offered.

“Domestic Violence Group Program at Gateways Counselling”

Ramona is inviting adult women from ages 18+ to explore the forms of abuse & sharing personal stories towards a healing journey.

Ramona has several years of experience & knowledge in running support groups & facilitated groups for women who dealt with abuse & sexual assault. Ramona has many years in her profession as a registered social worker within the community.
​
The group program will be held in person only, starting Mondays August 10, 17, 24 & 31 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Gateways Counselling. Thereafter, this program will be ongoing for new participants every other month on Monday the same time listed above with Ramona.
​
This will be a safe & confidential place to unpack your trauma and to learn the aftermath of abuse. We will identify the misuse of power & control dynamics. Furthermore, empowering and rebuilding towards a therapeutic life for yourself. You matter!

Materials & information will be shared to the group. Joining this program will provide you education and awareness & coping tools to walk through your trauma. After the program is completed, Ramona will be providing personal counselling sessions for individuals who wish to further explore in greater detail the profound impact of abuse in your life.
Group program cost is $200 that covers for all four sessions.

There is an opportunity, after the group sessions are complete, to enter individual counselling with Ramona at $180/session.

RE:CONNECT Helpline!
RE:CONNECT is Funded by the Ministry of Justice – Community Safety and Well-Being and delivered in partnership between 211 Saskatchewan and the counselling team at Family Service Regina.
RE:CONNECT is here to provide free, non-judgmental support, 24/7 to people experiencing stress from work, family, life, or past experiences.
When you call RE:CONNECT you will first speak with a service navigator who will determine the level of support you need. If you prefer to speak with a counsellor right away, the navigator will stay on the line and transfer you to the RE:CONNECT service which provides thirty minutes of personalized and caring support.
